    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Solutions Manager to join our team in West Los Angeles. This role is perfect for motivated professionals with a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for building long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in identifying, developing, and delivering talent solutions tailored to meet our clients’ unique challenges.

    Responsibilities:

    + Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and technology talent solutions to meet their needs.

    + Sales Strategy: Develop and execute B2B sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and exceed targets.

    + Business Development: Prospect and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to expand our market presence.

    + Solution Delivery: Collaborate with recruitment and internal teams to match clients with top-tier technology professionals, ensuring satisfaction and efficiency.

    + Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to guide client decisions effectively.

    + Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report sales metrics, tracking progress toward revenue goals, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of success as an Account Executive, Business Development Manager, or Sales Development Representative.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present solutions to stakeholders effectively.

    + Prior experience in staffing, consulting, or technology industries is a plus.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
