We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to join our team in Bedford, New Hampshire. In this role, you will contribute to investment analysis and financial modeling, supporting key decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude, ensuring the seamless execution of various financial and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Build and refine complex financial models, including 3-statement models, to support investment decisions.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, cap tables, and deal structures.

• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal committees using PowerPoint.

• Perform detailed company, industry, and market research to support investment strategies.

• Monitor grant programs, market trends, and broadband industry developments to inform investment diligence.

• Develop and maintain highly organized and precise Excel workbooks.

• Handle administrative tasks such as list building, data entry, and research projects as required.

• Manage deal folders, organize due diligence documents, and ensure pipeline materials are up-to-date.

• Collaborate on various ad hoc projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

• Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial statements and data.

• Familiarity with equity ownership structures, convertible instruments, and deal terms.

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, or related fields preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a resourceful and proactive mindset.
