Description

We are looking for a skilled senior level Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will focus on designing and developing data architecture, creating impactful business intelligence solutions, and managing BI platform administration. Your expertise will help transform complex data into actionable insights for end users.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik applications to meet business intelligence needs.

• Manage report distribution and data reload processes within the Qlik Management Console.

• Develop and refine automated reporting solutions to streamline data distribution.

• Collaborate with end users to identify reporting requirements and translate them into effective Qlik-based solutions.

• Administer and customize the Business Intelligence platform to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

• Conduct data analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes.

• Ensure the security and integrity of data within BI systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI applications and reporting systems.

• Stay updated on emerging BI technologies and recommend improvements.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.

• Proven experience with Qlik products or other Business Intelligence solutions, including visualization creation, dashboard development, and system administration.

• Familiarity with automated report distribution processes.

• Knowledge of databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.

• Experience in data warehousing and data modeling is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
