Job Summary

As a Lead Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using AWS EC2 and Microservices. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency. Responsibilities

+ Lead the design and development of scalable applications using AWS EC2 and Microservices to meet business requirements.

+ Oversee the integration of AWS IoT solutions to enhance system capabilities and performance.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new features and technologies.

+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.

+ Ensure code quality and best practices are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

+ Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.

+ Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

+ Optimize application performance and scalability through effective use of AWS services.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and availability.

+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

+ Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies.

+ Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all developed solutions. Qualifications

+ Possess strong experience in AWS EC2 and Microservices with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

+ Demonstrate expertise in AWS IoT with the ability to design and implement IoT solutions effectively.

+ Have a background in Investment Banking & Brokerage or Investment Banking Operations which is considered an advantage.

+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Show proficiency in developing and maintaining high-quality documentation for technical solutions.

+ Display strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

+ Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry advancements.

+ Java 17 SQL Spring Framework Spring Springboot Microservices
