    Responsibilities:

    + Use workforce management tools to monitor and adjust staffing

    + Create weekly schedules and coordinate non-phone activities

    + Track real-time agent status and schedule adherence

    + Optimize staffing to meet service levels

    + Communicate with the Sales team for live updates

    + Prepare reports, dashboards, and ad hoc data requests

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • Experience in a fast-paced office environment

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    • Workforce management experience

    • Availability for evening and Saturday shifts

    • Preferred skills: Familiarity with systems like Avaya, CMS, IEX, eWFM, Genesis, Five9, or Blue Pumpkin

    **Pay Details:** $28.00 per hour
