    Responsibilities for a Client Services Project Coordinator include but are not limited to:

    + Track and monitor project deliverables across multiple departments, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

    + Analyze and prepare client data using **advanced Excel functions** (pivot tables, filters, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)

    + Serve as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and status reports

    + Troubleshoot issues related to client data, delivery timelines, or process bottlenecks

    Candidates for Client Services Project Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + 4–5 years of experience in **project coordination** , **legal/litigation support** , or **client services**

    + High **proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (including analytical formulas)

    + Strong **verbal and written communication skills** to interact with clients and internal stakeholders

    + Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

    **Pay Details:** $35.00 per hour
