Duration: 5 month contract

Schedule: Tues, Wed, Thursday 8-5

Pay rate range: $14 -$19/hour

Job Summary Responsibilities for this position include:

The Associate Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for all reception and front desk duties including registering new members, and tracking all members attendance. Will also assist with prepping and distributing meals and at times making wellness call to members to ensure their safety and wellbeing. The receptionist will assist with preparing coffee, and setting up breaking down for classes, responsible for opening and closing facility. Assist with reports and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ High school graduate or GED equivalent

**Pay Details:** $14.47 to $19.00 per hour
