    Adecco Staffing is hiring for a Maintenance Mechanic for a manufacturer in Peabody, MA! This is a temp to hire opportunity on 1st shift.

     

    Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-330pm

     

    Pay rate: $30-35 per hour DOE

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Installation and Maintenance:** Installing new systems, replacing defective parts, and performing routine preventative maintenance.

    + **Troubleshooting:** Diagnosing mechanical issues and determining appropriate solutions.

    + **Repairs:** Repairing or replacing worn or damaged parts, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.

    + **Equipment Knowledge:** Understanding the functionality of various machines and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

    + **Safety:** Following safety practices and procedures while performing all duties.

    + **Record Keeping:** Maintaining records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used.

    Essential Skills:

    + **Mechanical Aptitude:** Strong understanding of mechanical systems and how they function.

    + **Troubleshooting:** Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical problems.

    + **Tool Proficiency:** Competence in using hand and power tools.

    + **Physical Stamina:** Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

    + **Communication Skills:** Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

    + **Attention to Detail:** Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
