    Adecco is hiring immediately for Assembly Operators with our client in Skaneateles Falls, NY. Assembly Operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $20.00-$22.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will perform a range of tasks, including assembling, inspecting, packing, shipping, and handling component parts or sub-assemblies using basic tools and assembly techniques, while ensuring quality and productivity are maintained by following procedures, rotating through different roles, and assisting with more complex tasks as needed to support team goals.

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma/GED required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred (prior assembly experience is a plus but not required)

    + Ability to use basic tools, perform assembly operations, and work from production sketches and process sheets

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

    + Ability to rotate stations, cross-train as needed, and work to a pre-assigned level of output while maintaining quality standards

    + Follow production sketches, process sheets, and instructions to determine setup procedures, required equipment/materials, assembly processes, safety precautions, and cycle times

    + Assist with more complex tasks as needed to support team goals and ensure adherence to prescribed processes

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
