    The Role at a glance:

    We are looking for a driven and skilled Finance Manager to join Elior North America’s corporate Finance team. The Finance Manager role will be an integral part of the FP&A team and have broad exposure to Elior-NA operations and strategy. A successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner providing support to our all our ENA segments and corporate functions which includes; financial planning/budgeting, forecasting and analysis and participation in month-end closing. This position requires a critical thinking, analytical, initiative-taker who is highly organized, accurate, and able to communicate in a professional manner.

     

    This role is based out of our Houston, TX office located at 4920 Westway Park Blvd. Houston, TX 77041. We would like this person in office 4 days a week.

    What you'll be doing:

    + Provide strategic analysis to leadership

    + Partner with corporate departments on budgeting and forecasting and P&L reporting including but not limited to trend analysis and variance analysis.

    + Consolidate, analyze and review P&L details.

    + Assist in reviewing and analyzing trial balances to ensure accuracy and consistency of account mapping and reporting.

    + Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.

    + Assist in the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, master data and modeling tools.

    + Create ad hoc financial reports and other analyses projects as requested by management.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions to complex issues which improve performance.

    What we're looking for:

    _Must-haves:_

    + Bachelor's degree in related area.

    + Minimum of 6 year's related finance experience.

    + Advanced Excel Skills including building dashboards manually if necessary.

    + Initiative-taker with the ability to problem solve and bring tasks to completion.

    + Must be able to communicate ideas effectively and concisely to all levels of the organization.

    + Background in collaborating with a team and establishing good working relationships.

    + Ability to coordinate the completion of multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize competing requirements.

    + Experience with and understanding of accounting ERP systems, processes, and charts of accounts.

    + Ability to work in a fast paced and growing business.

    + Strong qualitative, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

    + A keen attention to detail.

     

    Must work in office 4 days a week and ability to travel 10-20%

    _Nice-to-haves:_

    + Previous experience in the contract services industry

    + Master's degree or MBA
