Communications

+ Demonstrated competency in effective communications using reading, writing and verbal skills.

+ Blueprint experience/training.

Math

+ Demonstrated competency to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide); make computations using decimals, fractions, and whole numbers.Mechanical

+ Demonstrated competency with use of basic hand tools, micrometers.

+ Demonstrated competency operating complicated machinery.

+ Ability to learn/perform complex set-ups and quality procedures.

+ Able to operate multiple machines.

Physical

+ Able to operate hoists moving material up to 3,000 lbs.

+ Able to slide/position dies weighing 90 235 lbs.

+ Ability to perform repetitive lifting, shoveling, and generally heavy physical exertion in work conditions containing oils, coolants, and noise.
