Job Title: Benefits Analyst

Schedule: Hybrid Position - T/W in office. M/Th/F work from home

PayRate: $32/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Benefits Analyst to support the administration of our employee benefits and compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data auditing, root cause analysis, and problem resolution. This role requires experience with benefits program compliance, reporting, and participant support.

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct data audits and reconcile retirement contribution data to resolve discrepancies.

+ Guide plan participants on benefits processes and resolve complex inquiries.

+ Interpret plan documents and provide recommendations on benefits issues.

+ Generate reports and analyze data to evaluate plan effectiveness and support legislative filings.

+ Maintain benefits records and assist in implementing benefit coverage.

+ Recommend and implement process improvements for administrative efficiency.

+ Prepare and support benefits training materials and sessions.

+ Serve as a liaison between benefits providers, employee groups, and HR teams.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Significant experience in benefits, compensation, or HR analyst roles.

+ Advanced Excel skills and experience with data reconciliation and root cause analysis.

+ Knowledge of HRIS systems and benefits administration.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

+ Ability to provide superior customer service and build relationships with stakeholders.
