    Job Title: Electrical Engineer

    Job Description

    The Facilities Electrical Project Engineer will report directly to the Facility Engineering Team Leader. This position provides technical engineering services and project management to support production, maintenance, and administrative department’s achievement of the location’s business plan.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage the electrical and controls scope of process improvement, capital expansion, and obsolescence mitigation projects.

    + Coordinate all phases of assigned projects from concept, scope development, written specifications, bid solicitations, related bid meetings, equipment and facilities engineering/design, manufacturing, and installation through final start-up, acceptance, and project closure.

    + Assist production and maintenance with various types of equipment and process issues with key emphasis on maintaining and improving reliability and productivity of systems.

    + Provide higher-level support for all PLC, HMI, and Robotic systems and programming for all PLC/Scada/Database Systems.

    + Maintain accurate records for all automation programs and execute improvements to existing automation systems and processes.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.

    + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with electrical systems such as power distribution, PLC's, HMI’s, and database systems.

    + Experience with Project Management in a team-based environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Basic experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems.

    + Capability to program Allen Bradley/ControlLogix/Modicon PLC systems.

    + Experience programming Wonderware, SQL, touchscreen HMI/SCADA systems.

    + Understanding of NEC, NFPA, and other pertinent electrical safety codes.

    + Ability to use AutoCAD/Inventor.

    + Flexible on salary depending on the right experience.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
