Position Overview:

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)** to join our OB/GYN team in **Brenham, Texas** . This full-time role includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities with **call expectations** , providing care to both obstetric and gynecologic patients.

The ideal candidate is a confident, patient-focused provider with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. A minimum of **2 years of midwifery experience is preferred** .

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide comprehensive OB and GYN care to women of all ages

+ Manage prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care

+ Conduct well-woman exams, contraception counseling, and routine gynecologic care

+ Participate in call rotation for inpatient services

+ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

+ Provide patient education and health promotion

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife

+ Experience in both obstetrics and gynecology settings
