Cath Lab Manager - Lead the Future of Cardiovascular Care

Are you a dynamic and experienced Cath Lab professional ready to lead a high-performing team and shape the future of cardiovascular care? We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Cath Lab Manager to oversee the invasive cardiovascular operations at St. Joseph Medical Center.

In this critical role, you'll be responsible for:

+ Driving Excellence: Ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, patient safety, and operational efficiency within our Cath Labs.

+ Inspiring Leadership: Mentoring and developing a team of skilled clinical professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

+ Strategic Vision: Contributing to the growth and development of our cardiovascular services, identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion.

+ Financial Stewardship: Managing resources effectively, optimizing utilization, and contributing to the achievement of financial goals.

Qualifications

Education/Work Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline, **_OR_** 1) graduation from an accredited school of nursing; **_OR_** 2) Successful completion of a two-year Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist or Radiological Technologist program;

_AND_

five years of progressively responsible related work experience that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities, including two years in a supervisory or management capacity.

Equivalent additional qualifying work experience may be substituted for up to two years of the Bachelor’s degree requirement.

Master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.

Licensure/Certification

+ Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Washington State Department of Licensing; **_OR_**

+ Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) and Washington State Certification as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist., **_OR_**

+ American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) and Washington state Certification as a Radiologic Technologist.

+ Current Health Care Provider BLS certification.

+ Current ACLS Certification.

Pay Range

$56.83 - $82.40 /hour
