    Health Advocates Network (St. Louis, MO)


    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Physical Therapist** to work at a facility in **St Louis, MO** . These are _registry_ positions with our company.

    Shift Details:

    + Tentative hours will be **Tuesday 8:00AM – 1:00PM, Wednesday 8:30AM- 12:30PM and Thursday 8:00AM- 2:00PM. This may change.**

    Qualifications:

    + **At least one year (12 months) of previous working experience as a Physical Therapist**

    + Ability to handle physical workload

    + Ability to build rapport with patients

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)

    + Must have up to date credentials in the state of **MO**

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation

    + Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery

    + Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress

    + Record and document patient care services

    + Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
