Position Responsibilities:
+ The Behavior Based Safety Lead facilitates and implements the company’s safety and risk management initiatives
+ As the Behavior Based Safety Lead conducts safety meetings with manufacturing management and key team members
+ This role will Participate in workplace injury, collision investigations, workers compensation, and claim reviews is a task of the Behavior Based Safety Lead
+ You will facilitate the safety section of new hire orientation in partnership with local HR
+ You will so be responsible for creating training plans based on safety incidents and findings
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree with 6 plus years of related experience or HS Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Master’s degree
