Job Description Summary:
The individual in this position is responsible for aligning the operations, creating and enforcing the policies, procedures and efficiency measures of the OHREG team in the management of aspects of OhioHealth’s ambulatory building portfolio.
Responsibilities And Duties:
Management of team that oversees project management for capital projects for portfolio, including strategy to spend capital funds, budgeting, oversight of project, and closeout.
Oversee vendor partners assisting in OHREG in meeting performance goals.
Oversees service operations teams which handle work order system and call center for tenant requests.
Coordinates with facilities team to ensure portfolio meets local building codes, insurance inspections, and accreditation inspection.
Management of team that oversees master drawing database.
Supports OHREG team to mentor, develop and coach while ensuring goals are aligned to drive the overall success of the portfolio and Ohio Health.
Clearly communicate vision, oversee overall operations to optimize performance and achieve company goals through OHREG process and protocols.
Create, implement, and train team members on expectations for quality and service
Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction across the portfolio utilizing KPI’s and dashboarding.
Lead by example, motivating team members while ensuring a collaborative and healthy team atmosphere throughout the portfolio
Remain aware of compliance, legal and code issues to ensure company adherence
Participate and interface with other Ohio Health leaders to establish and promote corporate initiatives and strategies.
Work closely with fellow Ohio Health leadership on the development of human capital initiatives, administration of HR corporate policy and record retention, and overall HR risk management
Seek and build trusting relationships with other Ohio leaders that support OHREG including Finance, Accounting, IT, and HR
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Thorough technical skills in assigned areas, knowledge of all applicable regulatory codes and standards as well as safety requirements. Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, management plans and other financial status reports. Broad knowledge of maintaining commercial real estate and/or property management, including fiscal management processes and standards. Experience in commercial real estate and/or property management or; and 5- 7 years of progressive management Experience.
