+ **Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide strategic and operational leadership of IT functions across all manufacturing sites.

+ Ensure reliable IT services and infrastructure that support plant operations, production scheduling, and overall technical management.

+ Standardize systems, tools, and security protocols across facilities to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

+ Lead implementation and support of enterprise systems such as ERP (Epicor), MES, and SCADA.

+ Partner with plant managers and operations teams to align IT with production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Lead and develop IT staff.

+ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, CMMC) and oversee cybersecurity efforts across the enterprise.

+ Develop and manage the IT budget and capital planning for multi-site needs.

+ Maintain vendor relationships and service-level agreements for software, hardware, and managed services.

+ Travel between sites regularly to ensure consistent service delivery and support local IT needs. **Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

+ 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a management role supporting manufacturing operations across multiple sites.

+ Knowledge of manufacturing technologies: ERP, MES, SCADA, industrial networks, and systems integration.

+ Strong experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.

+ Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage multi-site technology deployments.

+ Familiarity with Microsoft .Net platform and GITHub as well as current development standards.

+ Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are advantageous.
