    A DAY IN THE LIFE:

     

    As a Barista, you are responsible for making coffee, tea and other non alcoholic beverages for customers. Position Objectives and Expectations

     

    + Support all service staff in preparing coffee, tea and other non-alcoholic beverages. Serve beverages to customers during peak business periods and assist other staff members with tasks as necessary

    + Organize, restock and clean the coffee area

    + Prepare coffee beverages to order in alignment with our beverage standards

    + Serve customers drinks

    + Restock refrigerators and coffee station with supplies

    + Follow all Service Requirements and steps of service

    + Maintain cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards; including, but not limited to keeping counter tops clean, organized, and free from clutter; clean blenders and glasses; dispose of compost, trash, and recycling materials

    + Ensure customers are greeted and taken care of in a timely and professional manner

    + Take to go orders over the phone

    + Ensure each guest receives everything they ordered accurately

    + Uphold and follow all company policies per employment handbook

     

    Compensation: $16/hr + tips
