    Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by leveraging your expertise in software development and your ability to drive projects to completion. You will work closely with our team and architect to design, prototype, and deliver innovative software solutions. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our technical environment, as well as in developing advanced analytics solutions.

     

    _This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

     

    _Rate: $73 - $83 / hr. w2_

    Responsibilities:

    + Utilize strong analytical skills to understand business requirements before initiating design and development processes.

    + Demonstrate initiative and ownership by independently managing tasks from analysis to testing, collaborating with other tech teams as needed.

    + Adhere to and enhance our defined architecture, technology standards, and best practices for applications, middleware, and databases.

    + Collaborate with the team and architect to design, prototype, and deliver software solutions, while managing the technical environment, researching new tools and technologies, and developing better analytics solutions.

    + Participate in code reviews, assist in debugging, and contribute directly to the success of project deliverables.

    Experience Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

    + 7-9 years of experience in software development.

    + Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST, and NoSQL.

    + Experience with Oracle or any other relational database.

    + Familiarity with messaging systems such as MQ or Kafka is preferred.

    + Knowledge of Micro-Services Architecture, Scalable High Resiliency Systems, and Workflow is preferred.

    + Experience with Angular, React, or JavaScript.

    + Agile development experience and familiarity with SDLC tools like Maven, Jenkins, and Git.

    + Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with messaging systems (MQ/Kafka).

    + Understanding of Micro-Services Architecture and scalable, high-resiliency systems.

    + Background in the securities or financial services industry.

    Education Requirements:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

     

    _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
