+ Facilitate discussions with key cross functional partners across the organization (Product, Product Design, Marketing Strategy, Lifecycle, Programming, Research, Data Analytics, and Viewer Experience) to identify requirements, constraints, and impacts to our resulting product marketing recommendations.

+ Collaborate on and help prioritize experimentation roadmaps that drive upgrades and subscriber monetization with a focus on increasing ARPU, moving current subscribers to higher OI plans, and reducing churn. Execute against those strategies with minimal oversight.

+ Partner with Product team members that focus on Account Management, Plan Switch/Upgrades, and Cancel Flow to develop a testing strategy that optimizes for conversions, ARPU, and operating income.

+ Manage cross-functional timelines to ensure multiple teams and their dependencies are hitting launch dates, and escalating risks appropriately.

+ Report out to leadership on launches and performance on a regular cadence.

+ Ideate on new inroads, strategic levers, and monetization efforts to drive growth for Disney+ and the Disney bundles.
