    The Global Enterprise Data Management team at Pega is focused on Data Warehouse, Analytics and Data Governance, primarily supporting our Finance teams. Our job is to take data and transform it into actionable, consumable, information that is utilized at the executive levels.

You'll work with a diverse global team of Database Engineers, Analysts and Business Stakeholders to help Pega’s evolving Data and Analytics strategies.

    What You'll Do at Pega:

    + Design and implement enterprise Data Warehouse and Reporting Solutions that are agile and scale with Pega’s business growth

    + Ensure data models are designed for flexibility to support future business needs and enhancements.

    + Develop logic for complex data calculations

    + Wrangling data in SQL and other in-house Pega tools

    What You've Accomplished:

    + Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Technology or equivalent—we encourage new graduates to apply!

    + 0-3+ years of Data Engineering experience

    + Experience (even in a non-professional or internship setting) with SAP products (HANA is a plus)

    + ETL / Data Integration Development experience

    + Data Modeling, Data Cleansing, Data Profiling

    + Proficient in SQL Development (Stored procedures, triggers and functions)

    + RDBMS (MSSQL, Oracle, SAP HANA, DataStax)

    + Programming experience in Python is a plus

    + Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures

    + Working knowledge of logging, monitoring, and alerting for troubleshooting purposes
