Location/Division Specific Information

Located in Benson, Vermont, The Binding Site VT specializes in the production of polyclonal antibodies. This full-time Operations Manager role is based on our USDA registered sheep farm.

A day in the Life:

+ Coordinate daily farm and operational activities

+ Ensure regulatory compliance and quality control

+ Lead sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives

Keys to Success:

+ Outstanding leadership and critical thinking

+ A strong understanding of operating within a regulated quality system

+ Strong Environmental, Health and Safety regulatory knowledge and compliance skills

+ Proven ability to manage resources and timelines effectively

Education

+ Bachelors Degree or minimum 5 years equivalent experience required.

Experience

+ Minimum of 5 years of related work experience managing projects and initiatives

+ Demonstrated experience in people management and budget management

+ Knowledge and experience within a Quality System environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills

+ Strong leadership and analytical skills

+ Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role involves working in both office and agricultural settings, with occasional travel to other company sites.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Vermont is $93,800.00–$140,675.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
