    FECON, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer located in Lebanon, Ohio near Kings Island Amusement Park.     Job Summary:

    The **Inside Sales Specialist** plays a key role in supporting Regional Sales Managers (RMs) by managing CRM data, streamlining sales operations, and ensuring consistent communication across the sales pipeline. This role is critical in driving visibility, accountability, and efficiency within the sales process, with a strong focus on CRM accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

     

    Key Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Regional Manager Support:

    + Act as the primary liaison between the Inside Sales team and assigned Regional Managers.

    + Assist RMs with customer outreach, quote management & tracking, and sales opportunity follow-ups.

    + Help coordinate dealer communications, product availability updates, and sales support materials.

    + Provide timely updates on sales activity, open opportunities, and CRM tasks to RMs

    + Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers by providing excellent customer service and support.

    CRM Management & Data Integrity

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, opportunities, and quotes in the CRM.

    + Input and maintain CRM with updated contact and dealer information

    + Ensure consistent data entry standards across the sales team.

    + Monitor CRM for gaps in data, stale opportunities, or incomplete follow-up tasks.

    + Train and support RMs on CRM best practices and usage when needed.

    Sales Process Optimization

    + Track and organize all sales activities from lead entry, to quote management & order placement, ensuring timely handoff and status updates.

    + Support pipeline reporting and KPI tracking (e.g., quote-to-order ratios, activity by region, opportunity aging).

    + Proactively flag trends, issues, or opportunities for RM follow-up.

    + Regularly review and update funnel reports.

    Product Knowledge and Training:

    + Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.

    + Participate in ongoing training and education on company products/services

    + Stay informed on pricing changes and tiers, and sales processes to support the team effectively.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    + 2+ years of experience in inside sales support, CRM administration, or sales operations

    + Strong communication and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.

    + Passion for sales and customer engagement

    + Experience supporting a remote field sales team is preferred.

    + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while also thriving in a team-oriented environment

    + Computer skills include MS Suite

    + Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines

    Education and Experience:

    + High school diploma or equivalent is required

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred

    + Experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to talk and hear to enable effective communication

    + Comfortable operating and functioning in a safe manner around heavy equipment

    + Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    + Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, work at desk

    + Available and comfortable with travel (15 – 20%)
