Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee repairs and replacements of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment. What will you do?

+ Supervise daily pool operations, including staff management, safety protocols, and facility cleanliness.

+ Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment to ensure safety and functionality.

+ Prepare and submit reports on pool usage, incidents, and maintenance needs.

+ Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily work of the landscaping team.

+ Ensure all areas of the property are well maintained, clean, and visually appealing.

+ Oversee planting, mowing, irrigation, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing.

+ Monitor and maintain landscaping equipment and inventory.

+ Implement sustainable landscaping practices and seasonal design updates.

+ Train and mentor new and existing team members.

+ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and resort standards.

More about you

+ Minimum 3 years of landscaping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

+ Strong knowledge of native plants, horticulture, and irrigation systems.

+ Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely.

+ Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

+ Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

+ CA Driver’s License Required.

+ CPO Certification is a plus.

Physical requirements

+ Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint

+ Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

+ Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons
