    We’re hiring on behalf of a global financial services client seeking motivated early-career professionals to join their Employee Compliance Review team. This role focuses on supporting employees through internal approval processes related to personal trading activity and brokerage accounts. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to launch a long-term career in a corporate setting.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Review employee requests to open and maintain personal brokerage accounts

    + Communicate with employees to gather required documents or clarify information

    + Monitor internal systems to ensure data is accurate and complete

    + Escalate questions or potential issues to the appropriate internal teams

    + Help identify opportunities to streamline and improve internal review processes

    You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

    + Have a bachelor’s degree

    + Are organized and detail-oriented

    + Have strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment

    + Are comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
