    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data, including workforce trends, hiring patterns, turnover rates, and performance metrics.

    + Workday and DOMO subject matter expert for HR function and key liaison cross functionally with IT Workday team.

    + Utilization of spreadsheets and spreadsheet development for HR function.

    + Design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights across key HR functions including recruitment, engagement, and retention.

    + Use HR analytics to support workforce planning and provide data-driven recommendations to business leaders.

    + Administer and maintain core HR systems (ADP, Culture AMp, DOMO, Workday) ensuring data integrity and functionality.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinate with IT HRIS and HR Operations teams.

    + Train HR team members on system usage, reporting capabilities, and best practices.

    + Support automation initiatives across talent management, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

    + Assist with compliance-related reporting and audit preparation, as needed

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field required.

    + HR Analytics certification preferred.

    Experience:

    + Minimum of 5 years in HR analytics, HRIS administration, or a related field.

    + Prior experience in a professional services or multi-site environment strongly preferred.

    + Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday and Culture Amp.

    + Experience with HR system implementations, process automation, or systems upgrades is a plus.

    + Proven track record of working with remote teams or across distributed locations.

    Technical Skills:

    + Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, DOMO).

    + Experience with SQL or other data query languages is a plus.

    + Strong understanding of HR data structures, data integration, and reporting best practices.

    + Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.

    + Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights and present them to diverse stakeholders.

    + Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

    + High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.

    + Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
