The incumbent serves as a subject matter contributor in PX analytics with responsibility for designing dashboards, managing data pipelines, resolving quality issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal reporting standards. Supports operational and strategic decision-making through accurate and timely insight delivery. Engages internal technical resources as needed to develop the PX data ecosystem.
Hybrid postition. Need to be local for weekly on-site meetings.

Responsibilities
Data Management
+ Maintain catalogs and crosswalks of data attributes for EDW and Vendor data.
+ Manage regular meetings and connection to EDW architects assigned to Patient Experience.
+ Develop and maintain requirements for patient identification for surveying and perform regular quality assurance checks.
+ Manage inbound and outbound survey data connections, including mapping and validation.
+ Develop and maintain requirements for reporting through vendor platform and system led BI tools.
Data Analytics
+ Maintain and track a small portfolio of PX-related analytic projects.
+ Establish best practices and templates for reporting PX data.
+ Interpret qualitative feedback and propose key themes and patterns leveraging natural language processing.
+ Independently analyze Patient Experience feedback data for trends, anomalies, and impact.
Dashboards and Visualization
+ Develop and enhance data visualizations and dashboard interactivity.
+ Develops user requirements and performs application testing and troubleshooting including quality checks to ensure business and data quality requirements.
+ Develops, implements, and manages data gathering and analysis processes including indicators, dashboards and reports.
+ Manage data source connections with other departments for system reporting.
+ Develop visualizations and data analysis specific to regulatory requirements such as CAHPS and Magnet.
+ Quality assurance around regulatory reporting.
+ Defines and implements business intelligence (BI) technologies and services to enable the analysis of aggregate operational data.
+ Support PX team leaders by translating data into opportunity areas for service recovery or improvement.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
+ Proficiency with Tableau, Qualtrics, SQL, BI Tool, and enterprise data systems.
+ Expert at Data Modeling and Visualization.
+ Strong understanding of patient survey methodologies and data privacy practices.
+ Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into practical recommendations.
+ Project management aptitude to track initiatives across teams.
+ Must be a technical expert in area subject matter demonstrated by documented experience in analysis, process design and workflow, research, installation/implementation and support of software applications and systems.
+ Must have proven experience in being able to communicate, motivate and organize projects among a broad spectrum of hospital personnel, frequently under deadline pressure.
+ Knowledge of Information Security strategies and practices
+ Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and self-management
+ Critical thinking and analytical skills, strong problem solving skills
+ Must be able to work under pressure, following a plan and balancing competing requests by priority
+ Utilization of structured Project Management Methodology/ ITIL training/experience
Qualifications
Qualifications** **Required
+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Management or Business Analytics or Marketing or Finance, or Information Systems, or equivalency.
+ Four to Eight years in healthcare analytics, survey data, or business intelligence roles.
Qualifications (Preferred)
Preferred
+ A Master's degree in Business Administration, or Information Systems or Data Science.
+ Prior experience with Patient Experience data, principals, and survey methodology.
