    What Youll Do

     

    As a Maintenance Associate, youll help keep our advanced manufacturing operations running efficiently by diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems. You'll work hands-on in a dynamic production environment supporting critical industries like aerospace, energy, and defense.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

    + Perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across plant equipment

    + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals

    + Install and maintain 3-phase motor controls, AC/DC circuits, and basic relay logic

    + Support fabrication work, including cutting, welding, and layout planning

    * Annual pay starts at $77,000, with potential to increase based on experience. This base pay is calculated from an hourly rate, and night shifts receive an additional $2/hour differential on top of the base. The role follows a 2/2/3 shift schedule and includes quarterly performance bonuses and relocation assistance.
