We’re searching for a RFP System Administrator & Content Manager who is local to one of our offices (Chicago, IL; Carmel, IN; Charleston, SC; Toronto, ON) to join our Sales team, so that we can maximize the value of the Responsive / RFPIO tool within our multi-product, global organization. The RFP System Administrator & Content Manager will operate in a dual capacity for proposal support – balancing Responsive / RFPIO system administration and overall content management to ensure an efficient and successful RFP response process.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

+ Configure and maintain system settings, user roles, permissions, and workflows within the Responsive system

+ Optimize Project and Intake Settings within the system, including the ongoing management of custom fields, preferences, and templates

+ Build a sustainable structure for the content library including custom fields, collections, tags, related words, catalog structure and content reviews

+ Onboard new businesses and business units onto the Responsive platform (including creating new users, importing historic QA pairs from prior RFPs, updating tags and custom fields as required).

+ Update and maintain the Question and Answer library (auto-responses, reusable content, metadata) and ensure proper tagging and versioning.

+ Ensure AI features like Bulk-AI, AI Assistant, and Answer Library suggestions are being used effectively

+ Ensure content is reviewed and approved regularly by subject matter experts (SMEs).

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

+ Must be an expert in the Responsive / RFPIO tool

+ In-depth knowledge on how to configure the Responsive system to meet the needs of a multi-product, global company

+ Proven success in maintaining strong attention to detail while handling multiple tasks/projects concurrently

+ Ability to commute to a local office (Chicago, IL; Carmel, IN; Charleston, SC; Toronto, ON) approximately 50% of the month

+ A knack for working cross-functionally and collaboratively within a small RFP team
