Join us at our Cary bakery as a Shipping Coordinator on our D shift (6pm–6am, 2-2-3-3 schedule). You'll be the go-to person for keeping operations running smoothly, and coordinating equipment, managing dock flow, and communicating with drivers and production teams. + Accuracy is Key – Driving accurate and timely inventory movement and reporting

+ Cross Collaboration – Coordinating with Operations, Logistics, Distribution Centers, Contracted Services

+ Ability to be Flexible – Managing multiple priorities concerning shipping requirements, hot loads, and SKU prioritization

+ Financial Success – Maintaining the shipping budget

We’re Looking for Someone With

+ High school diploma/GED

+ Comprehensive inventory systems background attained through education or training from relevant work experience

+ High numerical aptitude and detail accuracy

+ Effective telecommunication and interpersonal skills

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office
