The ARTIDIS nanotechnology platform integrates different types of clinical data into the ARTIDISNET digital platform, allowing physicians to significantly shorten the current diagnostic process and benefit both the patient and the healthcare system. ARTIDIS enables professionals to design personalized cancer treatment plans tailored to individual patients' needs and desired outcomes.

     

    Job Purpose

     

    To drive and deliver a seamless, impactful presence at all US-based events, both external and internal, ensuring alignment with company objectives and an exceptional customer experience. This role is pivotal in identifying strategic opportunities, managing event logistics from concept to completion, maintaining up-to-date marketing collateral, and continuously optimizing processes to elevate our brand and customer interactions.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all U.S.-based events involving ARTIDIS, including conferences, symposiums, internal meetings, and partner-organized gatherings.

    + Act as the primary liaison for all event-related activities at the Texas Medical Center (TMC), Helix Park, and other partner institutions.

    + Monitor and flag relevant scientific and industry events that are strategically important but may not yet be on ARTIDIS radar.

    + Ensure timely preparation and availability of up-to-date marketing materials for each event and oversee the archiving of outdated content.

    + Establish event-related processes, including timelines, approval flows, and vendor management, and provide internal training as needed.

    + Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Application, Sales) to align customer visit experiences and event participation with overall business goals.

    + Track, evaluate, and report event performance and insights to inform future participation and strategic engagement.

    Qualifications

    + Degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related scientific field (BSc or higher required).

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, scientific marketing, or customer-facing roles in the healthcare, diagnostics, or medical device industry.

    + Excellent organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple deadlines.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

    + Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

    + Willingness to travel occasionally within the U.S.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare, diagnostics, or biotech ecosystem.

    + Experience working in cross-functional, international teams.

    + Passion for science communication and customer engagement.
