+ **Schedule:** Monday - Thursday | 7:00am to 4:00pm and Friday From 7:00am to 1:00pm.

**What’s a typical day as a CNC Mill Machine? You’ll b** e:

+ • Loading and unloading raw materials

+ • Proficiently using gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements

+ • Reducing set up time and machining time through process improvements

+ • Inspecting completed work for conformance to specifications using tools such as calipers, height gauges, micrometers, rulers, etc.

+ • Cleaning and performing daily/preventative maintenance of company equipment

+ • Assisting in the organization and maintenance of the Machine Shop work environment

+ • Utilizing and abiding by AS9100 requirements and safety procedures

+ • Providing feedback and input for process improvement

+ • Training newer employees/co-workers on manufacturing processes and procedures

+ • Performing geometry, tool wear offsets, and program edits

+ • Complying with all quality policies and instructions

+ • Tracking/recording job progress and deficiencies daily in both written and electronic formats.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

+ • Have 2-3 years of CNC Mill experience

+ • Are proficient at reading and understanding mechanical drawings

+ • Have a proficient understanding of and ability to accurately use measuring tools

+ • Have proficient knowledge of various CNC controls and M and G code

+ • Have the ability to turn on, set up, and operate lathes with minimal assistance

+ • Are self-sufficient and able to perform mathematical calculations

+ • Can sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

+ • Have keen attention to detail and quality

+ • Are able to bend, stoop, and reach

+ • Can lift 30 lbs.
