    As a Strategic IT Business Partner in Executive Support you will serve as the trusted technology advisor to our Executive Leadership Team (EL T) . Ideal candidate needs to be a proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering seamless, white-glove IT experiences. You will be a tech nology and AI coach to the ELT and the bridge between executive needs and IT capabilities—ensuring every interaction, from device setup to board meetings, is flawlessly supported .

    Responsibilities/Expectations:

    + Acts as the primary IT liaison for the Executive Leadership Team, delivering concierge level support with urgency, professionalism, and discretion.

    + Anticipates executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise—whether it’s preparing for an earnings call, setting up a new device, or ensuring flawless AV for a board session.

    + Builds and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with executives, understanding their preferences, priorities, and pain points.

    + Coordinates across IT teams to ensure timely delivery of services, rapid incident response, and continuous improvement of the executive support experience.

    + Provides hands-on support for high-stakes events including earnings calls, board meetings, investor presentations, and leadership offsites.

    + Communicates clearly and confidently with senior leaders, translating technical issues into business-relevant language.

    + Stays up to date on emerging technologies and capabilities that may be incorporated into exe cutiv e works treams and enhance individual executive and executive team performance

    + Provides consulting and training for executive adoption of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence

    + Supports the executive administrative staff to ensure technical proficiency and expertise in supporting the executive officer team

    + S erves as a utility player for executives and executive administrative support to provide expertise , share workload, and develop a broad understanding of how the executive team functions

    + Oversees the upkeep and continuous improvement of executive technology systems, including meeting space technology, executive office technology, executive devices, Board room , etc.

    + Performs research and s tays ahead of technology trends and recommend tools or enhancements that improve executive productivity and satisfaction.

    + Upholds the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and responsiveness in all interactions.

    Education/Years of Experience:

    + Required: High School Diploma: a minimum of ten (10) years IT experience

    + Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and a minimum of eight (8) years of IT experience

    Other Requirements:

    + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders. .

    + High energy, proactive mindset with a passion for service excellence.

    + Strong technical knowledge across devices, collaboration tools, AV systems, and mobile platforms.

    + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with grace and precision.

    + Experience supporting executive-level events and meetings, including remote and hybrid formats.

    + Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

    + Onsite 5 days (Monday-Friday)
