About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Startup and Connected Specialist to manage new, open, and follow-up cases related to Warranty, Startup, and Connected services. This role is critical to ensuring accurate case setup, efficient communication between departments, and exceptional customer experience throughout the process for the state of Florida
Key Responsibilities:
+ Setup all Warranty jobs and validate warranty status prior to setup
+ Review Open Warranty jobs daily
+ Complete all needed documents for Warranty claiming
+ Complete claiming process within 10 days of Warranty completion
+ Order any parts for warranty jobs
+ Own warranty call with the warranty admin team and Area Managers
+ Communicate with technicians regarding information needed for warranty
+ Setup startup jobs same days as readiness notification provided
+ Provide tech with all information needed for startup
+ Setups Abound connection case with the startup case
+ Ensure Abound connection case is setup, and IPs are updated for the tech to complete the process
+ Provide schedule to Service Coordinator during S&O meetings related to start up and connections
Required Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or GED
+ Min of 1 year of experience in an operational or administrative role
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 3+ years of experience in an operational or administrative role
+ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent customer relations skills
+ A self-starter with a sense of time management
