    The **Senior SharePoint Programmer Analyst** plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions to support healthcare operations, compliance, and patient data management. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and administrators to ensure efficient workflows and secure data handling.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and customize SharePoint solutions for healthcare applications, including patient records management and compliance tracking.

    • Implement Power Automate workflows to streamline administrative and clinical processes.

    • Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security within SharePoint environments.

    • Collaborate with healthcare teams to gather requirements and optimize SharePoint functionalities.

    • Maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint applications to ensure seamless operation.

    • Provide technical guidance and training to healthcare staff on SharePoint usage.

    • Integrate SharePoint with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare IT platforms.

    Required Qualifications:

    **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.

    **Experience:** Minimum 5+ years of SharePoint development experience, preferably in healthcare settings.

    Technical Skills:

    • Strong ability to facilitate meetings with individuals and groups to gather, understand, and articulate their business needs.

    • Experience implementing Nintex for O365 forms/workflows, Nintex Automation Cloud forms/workflows and Nintex Apps.

    • Experience creating custom SharePoint Online Resources: lists, page templates, document libraries, search result web part display templates, site content types.

    • Experience managing the SharePoint Online Term Store.

    • Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013/2016/2019.

    • Limited knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.

    • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

    • Familiarity with SQL Server, SharePoint Designer, and Visual Studio.

    • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data security.

    • Experience developing comprehensive training materials and conducting hands-on workshops.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Azure-based healthcare solutions.

    • Knowledge of FHIR and HL7 standards for healthcare data exchange.

    • SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer)
