The Bureau of Social Care and Community Supports works to integrate health and human services within the Medicaid program. The bureau is composed of two units, Housing and Social Determinants of Health. This position is within the Housing Unit. The incumbent will oversee housing providers that are contracted to assist vulnerable Medicaid members in obtaining supportive housing.

Duties of the position include:

+ Review and submit budgets and budget modifications

+ Analyze, track, and report on fiscal trends

+ Provide training and technical assistance to providers on fiscal transactions, including budgets and budget modifications

+ Provide training to team on budget and voucher requirements

+ Assist with contractual transactions and voucher review as assigned

+ Assist with quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives

+ Collect and analyze data related to housing programs

+ Work with other providers and other OHIP Divisions on housing data submissions

+ Assist in research project related to housing

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree

+ 8 years of professional experience

_*Employees must follow established work schedules. The usual work schedule is 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Normal work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise specified by the supervisor, this includes a half hour unpaid lunch break. Total work hours must equal 37.5 hours per week._

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.

Under the federal laws relating to the F-1 STEM EAD program, SSO may be able to support a STEM EAD extension application at the sole discretion of your Designated School Official.
