**Position Purpose:** Support strategies to ensure successful maintenance and implementation of compliance programs that meet regulatory requirements for assigned products across the entire company.
+ Monitor federal regulations, executive action, agency rulemaking, and other regulatory guidance and notify stakeholders of regulatory changes
+ Maintain and track laws, regulations and various compliance guidance documents
+ Review and synthesize regulatory requirements and prepare regular updates, white papers and reporting on the impactful regulatory actions.
+ Work in collaboration with Policy, Government Relations, Legal and other key departments to assess and analyze impactful regulations and guidance
+ Support implementation oversight of new compliance requirements with respect to regulatory language
Education/Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in related legal field or equivalent experience. Master’s or Juris Doctorate degree preferred and maybe considered in lieu of experience.
+ 3+ years of related experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs.
+ Experience in project management with working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance, in particular HIPAA, and state regulations.
Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
