    What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Program Manager, Learning & Talent Development at XPO

    Minimum qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

    + 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational development

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Experience building, leading and developing a high-performing talent development team, supporting a complex and diversified business

    + Practical approach to partnering with business leaders and deliver scalable learning solutions that enable talent pipelining, capability building and succession planning

    + Demonstrated track record of introducing and driving leadership development programs leading to tangible and measurable results

    What you’ll do on a typical day:

    + Manage all leadership and professional development program roadmaps, timelines, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

    + Partner with Manager, L&TD on the design and development of curriculum for emerging, front line, mid-level, and senior leader development programs, and functional academies for HR, Finance, Tech, and Sales

    + Track participation, outcomes, and feedback to inform program improvements

    + Facilitate learning experiences, workshops, and executive sessions for key talent populations

    + Oversee external vendors and platforms to ensure alignment with program goals and standards

    + Serve as a thought partner in shaping enterprise talent strategies, contributing to frameworks for succession planning, performance development, and internal mobility

    + Continuously benchmark and integrate best practices in leadership and talent development\#LI-Hybrid
