Summary:
The IT Project Manager leads, plans, executes, and finalizes projects within scope, budget, and timeline. They coordinate team members, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery. This role includes maintaining quality control throughout the project life cycle. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a drive to add organizational value. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
This is a Hybrid, but flexible, position with potentially some days required in the local corporate office, as needed.
Responsibilities:
+ Facilitate the definition of project scope, budget, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
+ Develop project plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
+ Mentor and motivate project team members.
+ Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
+ Monitor project progress, produce status reports and other documentation, identify issues, and resolve conflicts within the team.
+ Implement and manage project changes and interventions.
+ Build and maintain key business relationships.
+ Share lessons learned and project management best practices.

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant business discipline(s), project management, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing project budgets and teams of 5 to 15 members.
• Experience with capital and operating expense management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Track record of implementing project management best practices.
• Flexibility of using different project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet) and general business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
