    What You'll Be Doing

    + Lead and coordinate daily operations in the pit and primary areas to ensure safety and efficiency.

    + Monitor equipment and production processes to maintain optimal performance.

    + Support and enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and operational policies.

    + Train and guide team members to build capability and ensure task readiness.

    + Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues and improve operations.

    + Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

    + Strong understanding of quarry operations, equipment, and safety practices.

    + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges in real time.

    + Effective communication and organizational skills.

    + Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work on uneven surfaces for extended periods.

    + Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

    + Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching required.

    + Must be able to operate heavy equipment and perform manual labor in outdoor conditions.

    + Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required in designated areas.
