    What You'll Be Doing

    + Assist with the setup, operation, and clean-up of asphalt paving and plant equipment

    + Monitor material flow and support efficient plant operations

    + Perform general labor duties such as shoveling, sweeping, and site maintenance

    + Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety excellence

    + Support other team members and adapt to varied job responsibilities as needed

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to work safely in physically demanding outdoor environments

    + Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented operation

    + Reliable communication skills and a proactive work ethic

    + Comfort with using hand tools, heavy equipment, or machinery under guidance

    + Flexibility to work variable hours including nights, weekends, and overtime when required

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
