What You'll Be Doing

+ Perform routine and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery

+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and support production goals

+ Replace or repair components using hand and power tools

+ Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established work procedures

+ Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement

What Are We Looking For

+ Proficiency in mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair

+ Strong safety focus with knowledge of proper lockout/tagout and PPE practices

+ Self-starter with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

+ Effective communication and team collaboration skills

+ Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
