What You'll Be Doing

+ Operate dozer equipment to support excavation, grading, and material movement.

+ Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic maintenance.

+ Ensure safe operation by following site protocols and safety regulations.

+ Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and productivity.

+ Identify and report any operational or mechanical issues promptly.

What Are We Looking For

+ Proficiency in safely operating dozer equipment.

+ Strong awareness of workplace safety and ability to follow protocols.

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.

+ Ability to adapt to varying worksite conditions and tasks.

+ High level of attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
