    Job Description

    Contribute to backend systems built in Python and Django, hosted on AWS

     

    Start with bug fixes and small features to learn the codebase

     

    Gradually take ownership of larger projects and process improvements

     

    Work on tools like our internal auditing platform and financial reporting systems

     

    Collaborate directly with stakeholders

     

    Opportunity to help mentor

     

    Participate in daily 30-minute standups and minimal other meetings

    Skills and Requirements

    25 years of backend or full-stack development experience (not junior level)

     

    Strong Python skills; Django or similar framework experience preferred

     

    Comfortable working autonomously and figuring things out independently

    Bonus: Familiarity with finance, accounting, or real estate operations null
