    Job Summary:

    TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center is seeking an experienced cardiac advanced practice provider to join our employed cardiology group in Smyrna, Tennessee.

    Qualified Candidates:

    + Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification

    + Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain

    + Minimum 3 years hospital cardiac experience

    + Cardiac consults in the hospital for two physicians

    + Discharge cardiac consult and make follow up appointment for practice

    + Discharge follow-up patients in the practice

    + Full time, M-F, 8a-5p

    + No weekend coverage unless choose to cover another location for an additional stipend.

    + Offering the highest level of cardiac service in Rutherford County, Tennessee and surrounding communities.
