We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Lead Developer

Role description:-

+ Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

+ Design complex solutions considering both business and technical aspects of the requirement.

+ Act as an AI advocate and ambassador

+ Design and propose scalable, cloud-native solutions in collaboration with architects

+ Develop and maintain backend services primarily using Java and Python

+ Contribute to frontend development using Angular

Skills:-

+ _Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams_

+ _Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience mentoring team members_

+ _Enthusiasm for AI technologies to introduce AI-supported best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the development lifecycle_

+ _Enthusiasm for AI technologies to leverage AI-Agentics_

+ _Proficiency in backend development using Java (Spring Boot) and Python_

+ _Experience with Angular for frontend development_

+ _Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and data lake architectures_

+ _Familiarity with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ_

+ _Experience with building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures._

+ _Strong software engineering skills with a focus on clean, maintainable code_

+ _Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)_

+ _Knowledge of Apache Spark for data processing_

+ _Conceptual understanding of ITIL and support processes_

+ _Proven ability to design scalable, cost-efficient, and cloud-native software solutions_

+ _Team player and good inter personal skills_

+ _Shows attitude and aptitude for owning responsibility of own work done and collaborate with other team member in their activities , being able to work in Agile project_
