Description
The Selling Partner Communities (SPC) team builds lasting connections with and among our Amazon Selling Partners. Our organization helps drive their success and ensure that public perception mirrors the reality that Amazon’s stores are a great place for our Selling Partners to build and maintain thriving businesses. The brand creative team is responsible for driving the overall SPC original content strategy, with the goal of shaping a world-class Communities experience that Amazon sellers are proud to be a part of.
Amazon Selling Partner Communities (SPC) is looking for a talented Art Director who is customer-obsessed to join our Content Creation Team. This role is based in our H2Q Arlington office and will help bring visual narratives to life and drive towards seller satisfaction.
Key job responsibilities
• Ability to coach, manage and develop creative services team and help drive strategic vision and alignment across visual assets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product Marketing, Social Media, Accelerate, Forums, GTM and Strategic Communications to help develop and execute design solutions for Selling Partner Communities
• Set overarching Visual Strategy for design work and benchmark against brand standards across Amazon SPS and SPC to inform visual design approach for both static and motion deliverables
• Support the development of comprehensive GTM, Product Marketing, Events and Social Media campaign deliverables
• Ensure design excellence and consistency across all creative services assets
• Partner with other content creation personnel writers, producers, editors and other creative team members to deliver integrated marketing solutions
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and conceptual development phases
• Manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and assigning creative work
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in art direction, with a focus on digital and broadcast media
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in design, typography, and visual storytelling
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and design/production software
- Strong understanding of motion design principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in sports marketing or entertainment industry preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- Experience working with major sports properties or leagues
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
