Description We are looking for an experienced and innovative Email Marketing Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this contract role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-focused communication strategies designed to enhance program adoption, reduce churn, and deliver meaningful value to members. This position offers the opportunity to leverage both your analytical expertise and creative thinking to craft impactful messaging throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lifecycle communication strategies to support customer engagement and retention.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Loyalty Operations, Customer Analytics, and Global Communications, to align communication efforts with business goals.

• Design and optimize marketing collateral to ensure alignment with brand standards and effectiveness across multiple channels.

• Conduct in-depth audience segmentation analysis to tailor messaging and improve targeting.

• Drive continuous improvement by creating and maintaining a calendar of A/B testing for lifecycle communications.

• Partner with the loyalty product team to enhance data and platform capabilities for communication strategies.

• Translate analytics insights into actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance.

• Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into communication strategies.

• Communicate campaign results and strategies effectively to stakeholders.

• Support day-to-day team needs and problem-solving to address ad hoc challenges. Requirements • Proven expertise in CRM platforms and email marketing tools.

• Hands-on experience with email service providers, including Exact Target.

• Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and marketing analytics.

• Ability to create compelling marketing content and creative briefs.

• Familiarity with email campaign planning and execution best practices.

• Exceptional writing and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
